DRAFTING / DOCUMENTATION
Green Tree’s Drafting Design team is well versed with some of the most current and ‘cutting edge’ computer drafting and design software available.The programs we specialise in with respect to general drafting, design and documentation work include AUTO CAD and 3D REVIT.Our competent teams of skilled designers and cad operators with many years of computer drafting experience, can deliver accurate and high-quality Development (DA) documentation as well as Construction (CC) drawings and detailed specifications in relatively short timeframes.
DEVELOPMENT / PLANNING
The Planning team of Green Tree Designs has many years of comprehensive experience in urban planning and home design – mostly associated with residential development.Our senior planner has dedicated nearly 30 years to the planning of housing estates – throughout NSW. Seventeen of those years were involved with the Mirvac Group.Green Tree’s extensive experience, passion, and skill in all facets of the planning process can assure any prospective client that they will be provided with a quality service that ensures informed and innovative outcomes based on realistic budgets.

Green Tree Designs excels in providing horticultural expertise & landscape design to the building industry. We work with a broad range of clients; our portfolio includes such market leaders as Mirvac Homes and Stockland right through to the individual client. Green Tree Designs is qualified and certified with a Diploma of Horticulture/Landscape DesignAs horticultural experts we are meticulous in our approach to how plants are used within the landscape. We aim to display them to their full advantage, both to the benefit of our client, as well as the environment.
